Sarawak Mediation Centre

  •  The Sarawak Mediation Centre was formed in December 2017 and started its operation in January 2018.
  •  It is tasked to accept and process mediation application forms filed by parties so that the same were referred to mediator or parties appointed mediator.
  •  It also compiles statistical data every month to be sent to the Mediation Division of the Office Of The Chief Registrar Federal Court Of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
  •  As of now, there are 4 mediation officers that are accredited.
  •  His Lordship Tuan Leonard David Shim has been appointed as the managing judge for the Court-Annexed Mediation in Sarawak.
